Who We Are
Voters for Tomorrow Action Fund is a C4 Action Fund dedicated to finding, developing, and supporting the next generation of candidates, campaign operatives, organizers, volunteers, and movement leaders.
We are not a traditional political organization. We do not wait for leaders to emerge on their own. We go find them. We invest in them. We build the infrastructure they need to succeed.
We do it because we know the future of our democracy depends not just on who shows up to vote—but on who shows up to lead.

Every community has leaders waiting to be found. People with the lived experience, the drive, and the vision to create real change. But without access to training, resources, and opportunity, too many of them never step forward.
That is the gap we fill.
When we invest in a first-time candidate from a community that has never had representation, we change what is possible. When we train a young organizer to run a voter registration drive, we expand who gets heard. When we support a campaign operative from a working-class background, we diversify who holds the levers of power.
This work is not just about winning elections.
It is about building the kind of democracy that actually works for everyone.

Voters for Tomorrow Action Fund was founded in 2020 at a moment when the need for new leadership had never been more clear.
We watched community after community get left out of the rooms where decisions were made. We saw brilliant, passionate people with lived experience and the drive to lead who never got the chance because no one invested in them early enough, trained them, or told them they belonged.
So we decided to do something about it.
What started as a voter engagement effort grew into something larger and more urgent: a full-scale organization dedicated to building the leadership pipeline our democracy desperately needs.
We stopped waiting for leaders to emerge on their own. We started going to find them—in working-class neighborhoods, classrooms, community centers, and everywhere the next generation of leaders is waiting.
Every program we run, every candidate we recruit, every organizer we train, and every dollar we raise exists to answer one question:
Who is being left out, and how do we bring them in?
We're still asking that question every day. And we're just getting started.
